Mt. Mystic’s Interim Lieutenant, Joshua McMahon is finally leaving his five-year post at Mt. Mystic for a dream job at Yosemite National Park, and his permanent replacement arrives at the end of the week. Maintenance Ranger Hutch Van Zant procrastinates the removal of a snake pit in the parking lot. Ranger Ed Durst develops a crush on the incoming Ranger in Training, Gale Marsh. The junior rangers attempt to earn their water safety badges.
