Matt began his television career as an assistant in ABC Drama Development before moving on to work under Shawn Ryan as a showrunner’s assistant. While on the desk, he contributed to the rooms of MAD DOGS, TIMELESS and S.W.A.T., where he was promoted to the writing staff. He has written and produced multiple S.W.A.T. episodes throughout the series’ run, including the 100th episode (although he is most proud of the 102nd.)
